DRV8432: why DRV8432 efficiency is only about 80%, how to achieve the 97%

Hi team,

my customer use DRV8432 to drive the TEC(Thermoelectric cooling), but the efficiency is only about 80%, which is very different as the datasheet 97%. So how to help on this? thanks.
