DRV10987: Did I bought FAKE DRV10987?

Hi Ti Team,

I solved my problem by using recommended parameter and changed another chip.The NEW chip is working well and spinning motor as expect.

However,I can't using my OLD chip to spinning motor,even if the recommended parameter.

And I bought OLD chip from 3rd website(taobao.com),New Chip is from Ti store.

Here is a picture of the OLD chip:

It's printed "10987S 8ITG4 CJXT", Is there any problem or bugs with this batch of the chip?I bought some samples from 3rd website and annoying with them.Because it just made my competition failed and i want to return these sales.
