DRV8870: Failure reaction of DRV8870

Do you have any DRV8870 MTBF"Mean Time Between Failures" data or failures cause analysis report

We want to know,IF DRV8870 fail to cause motor continuous rotation and FW can't used IN1/IN2 to control motor stop..

DRV8870  have any protection way can stop it.
