DRV8320: the different voltage between VM and VDRAIN

Hi 

I had asked similar question at the following post before.
We had talked with our customer about it . They gave us the detail condition.
Please let me ask again.

At VM is 42V condition,
Does this device operate if VM - VDRAIN is more than 6V?
Does this device damage If VM - VDRAIN is more than 28V?
