DRV8871: I_TRIP voltage

I'm starting a design using the DRV8871, and would like to make use of the voltage at the ILIM pin to determine whether or not a current threshold has been exceeded.  I see that equation (1) in the datasheet specifies a voltage of about 64 kV in order to select the limiting resistor.  I'm assuming that the voltage at the pin is actually significantly lower than 64 kV - hopefully in the neighborhood of a logic signal.  Do you know if there's a specific trigger voltage for the current limiting?
