DRV8323: VGSL question

Hi, Team

I run to some questions on VGSL spec.

As shown in spec, the VGSL should below 12V (maximum 13.5V) with respect to PGND.

I see we have high side VGS clamp at maximum 16.5V. Do we also have VGS clamp on low side? What's the voltage?

If there is no clamp, as VGSL is refer to PGND including voltage cross shunt resistors, how it can be guaranteed to below 13.5V?
