My customer is using DRV8813. There's a special use case that customer will manually pull the moter after the whole syetem is powered down. So when customer manually pull the moter, there will be a reverse current flowing into VM which will cause the VM to pump up. We tested the VM pump that it can be as high as 60V but only maintain for a few milliseconds and the DRV8813 is not broken.
So my question is do you have the data that how much voltage can DRV8813 internal MOS and the paralleled rectify diode withstand? Do we have a more detailed introduction about the internal MOS spec.? Thanks.
