DRV8801驱动的有刷马达,碳刷上的积碳比别家的驱动的更严重,以至于电机在长跑后不能启动;
测试8801的输出波形,发现有2个明显现象,第一是有明显的反向电流,第二是启动的电流峰值比较大;
我的问题是:
1)反向电流是否是造成积碳严重的主要原因?把decay mode改为Fast decay后,反向电流幅值减少但依然存在;
2)引起积碳严重的原因主要是哪些?有何改善方法?
The DRV8801 is powered by a brush motor. The carbon accumulation on the carbon brush is more serious than other drivers, so that the motor cannot start after a long run.
The output waveform of 8801 was tested, and two obvious phenomena were found.
My question is:
1) is reverse current the main cause of serious carbon deposition?After changing the decay mode to Fast decay, the reverse current amplitude decreases but still exists.
2) what are the main causes of serious carbon accumulation?What are the improvements?
