DRV8412: Unexpected output when driven at 100% PWM duty cycle

Hi,

I use this chip with VDD connected to 12VDC and PVDD connected to 24VDC.

The mode pins is configured for 1 PFB (M1 = 0, M2 = 1, M3 = 0). 

When I drive the chip with 100% duty cycle, I was expecting that I would get 24VDC at the OUT pin, but, I only get 0V.

I checked nFault, nOTW and nRESET, and all these signals are HIGH indicating that the device works under normal operation. 

Any ideas why it does this?
