Hi TI support team.
When I was developing with DRV10983, I had a good advice from Cole.
Now I'm dong with DRV10983Q1 and had a almost same problem, but it does not same problem.
I have succeeded in driving a motor with DRV10983Q1 in my board. ISD, IPD are all enabled and motor speed is controlled by I2C speed command.
But 3~4 % of testing sample has a problem almost same as before when I use DRV10983, but this time VREG is flat 5.0V
When this occurs, even IPD did not work (there was no IPD sound).
In this case, if I move the motor slightly with my hand, the motor starts to rotate normally. (still there is no IPD sound)
It was a symptom that did not appear at first, but it continues to occur in many target boards.

One more strange thing is the fault code. There is no over current in my board but fault code always (except no motor rotation) 0x01
Did I miss anything?
