DRV8850: H bridge gate driver

Hi

We are looking for H bridge gate driver for Nch FET (All N ch FET).

We need device that drive external FET.

So, DRV 8850 would not be proper choise for our design.

TPS28225 would be good but it is half bridge driver.

Do you have any device?
