DRV8838: 1.8V VDD power supply

Dear all,

My customer use DRV8833 with Vcc 1.8V power supply since the control signal is from 1.8V platform, in our datasheet,  the maximum VCC rising threshold is 1.8V, they are concern if the VCC voltage is a little bit lower than 1.8V, DRV8838 will not work.

I want you help to evaluate the danger for this kind of application, do we have those kind of application make production before? Any ideas to solve this problem?
