DRV8703-Q1: The driver is not starting to "drive"

Hi,

I try to drive the motor in forward and in reverse mode. I deactivate the spi port via nscs pin. All other connection as same as in the evaluation board. I apply a pwm signal to IN2/EN (16KHZ)  and I toggle IN1/PH to swap from forward to reverse. is it the right way to do it? Actually only one way work (reverse mode ) but not in forward mode. Your help is appreciated.
