DRV8701: GH voltage doesn't completely turn off.

Part Number:DRV8701

Hello,

I am following this schematic (page 8) to connect DRV8701.

When I connect the motor and O-scope to the SH1 and SH2. Whenever either input 1 or input 2 is on, both SH1 and SH2 are also turned on, therefore I cannot control the motor. I check the GH1 and GH2 voltage. Whenever the corresponding input is on, GH1/GH2 is at 10V (I am using 12V PSU) and when the corresponding input is off, those two pins are at 5V. This leads me to thinking the MOSFET doesn't turn off entirely, resulting in current flowing to both side of motor at the same time. The MOSFETs I am using is IRBL8743 . Please let me know how can I fix this issue?

Thank you very much!

Alex
