Dear all,
I followed all instructions in the DRV10987 Evaluation Module User's Guide, but alfer running the DRV10987 EVM GUI and selecting the device DRV10987, I get communication errors.
If I select 'Cancel' the program exits. If I select 'Continue' the program starts. After selecting 'Enable Configure' this button gets green, but the 'Demo Mode' is shown. After hitting the Demo Mode checkbox, the field 'HARDWARE CONNECTED' turns green.
If I want to change the motor parameter 'Phase Resistance' and press return, a new Error window pops up:

I have deinstalled DRV10987, USB2AND and NI Labview Runtime Engine and completely installed new, but no change.
Note that there is traffic on the I2C bus while starting DRV10987EVM software and also while changing a motor parameter or hitting 'Manual Refresh' button, but always an error pops up and the motor does not spin.
As far as I can estimate, the problem is in the communication of the labview instrument, as xxx.vi is stated in the error texts.
What can we do?
