drv595: DRV595 not working

Hello,

I am using drv595 to drive a 12v/ 7A peltier. I have designed the circuit given in datasheet of drv595. I am giving a constant voltage of 3.3v on IN+ pin and IN - pin is biased through a voltage divider circuit to PVdd.

I am giving power supply of 10V to PVDD/Avdd and checking the OUTP and OUTN to see PWM waveform. But i am not seeing any waveform on these pins except noise signal.

I have use 33nF instead of 47nF on sync pin due to availability issue and all the remaining circuitry.

Why PWM waveform is not available at output ? Please suggest me some solution to above problem.
