DRV8886AT: RREF value range

For DRV8886, to achieve maximum current, eg. IFS=2.5A, RREF will be 12Kohm which exceeds the range of test condition on spec.

Customer would like to confirm if the IFS setting will still follow the equation 1 (7.3.4) and equation 2 (7.3.5).
