Where I  find time charts and a guide to programming registers (how to read and write registers) for DRV10983?

I connected 10983 with I2C interface from external controller

how can I read and write registers of 10983 from my controller without

DRV10983 EVM GUI

If you can give an example of reading and writing registers & EEPROM
