DRV8301: Fault LED Always ON

Hi,

Could you please help me to find out why the fault led is on, I have tried to change the supply voltage (external and from the launchpad C2000) but it does not work. Also I can not debug because the launchpad is locked (or something like that). How can I know what is happening with the BoostXL?
