DRV8801A-Q1: Questions related to FMEA, short circuit between CP1 and CP2

Hello,

following questions are related to DRV8801A-Q1 (ordering code DRV8801AQRMJRQ1)

• What will happen if the capacitor at the charge pump (pins: CP1 and CP2) gets shorted?
• Is there an internal protection in the IC for case above?
• What will be the effect if a short circuit occurred between the pins CP1 and CP2?
• Do we have a FMEA for the whole IC, including the charge pump pins (CP1 and CP2)?
