DRV8301: DRV8301 SHOWING FAULTn.

Hello there,

I have developed a code with reference from Lab11e(hall to fast transition) .

I tried the motor identity code on the device launch xlF28069M AND DRV8301 . and it worked good. I got the Rs,Lsd,Lsq and flux.

But when i tried performing the Lab11e . the motor had some vibration and suddenly the DRV8301 showed the FAULTn .

I have interfaced the hall sensors to QEP module. Also DRV8301 gets too hot when ENGATE is fired and When disabled the DRV8301 gets cooled down quickly.

I tried the following commands:

TX( BIN) -> RX(BIN)

STATUS CONTROL REG_2 : 1001 1000 0000 0000 -> 0001 1000 0000 0000

SETTING GAIN 20VpV : 0001 1000 0000 0100 -> 0110 0000 0000

SETTING GAIN 10VpV:  0001 1000 0000 0000 -> 0110 0000 0000

STATUS CONTROL REG_1:  1001 0000 0000 0000 -> 0001 0000 0000 0000

OCA SET ON 27:  0001 0110 1100 0000 -> 0110 0000 0000 after some moment 1000 0110 0000 1000 and then 0110 1000 0110
