DRV8303 DVDD Fault

We are seeing a fault on our DRV8303.  We believe it's the DVDD undervoltage; the status register reads 0x0 if we attempt to read it right after the FAULT pin goes low.

What we'd like to know are possible solutions to having this problem.  Here's what we have:

Bypass on DVDD is 1.0 uF

Bypass on PVDD is 10 uF + 10 uF + 0.1 uF.  PVDD is 48 V

GVDD looks fine and has 2.2 uF bypass

The scope trace has CH1 AC coupled; this is connected to DVDD.  CH2 is blue and is the FAULT pin for the trigger.  We do see a nasty ripple before the fault gets activated, but as we can see the ripple after the FAULT is much larger swing.
