DRV8842: Motor reverses direction when stopped

Hello,

         I am interfacing a DC motor with MSP430G2553 microcontroller using DRV8842. I am using current regulation with I[4....0] = 00001  i.e  5% relative current.

1.With 5%current regulation, when IN1=1  and IN2=0, the motor moves. But when both IN1 and IN2 are made 0, the motor reverses direction and comes back to its starting position. 

2. Only 5% current regulation works right now.I can see a small change in degree. When 10% current is specified, motor rotates very fast, as though 100% current regulation were given.

Any suggestions ?
