DRV3255-Q1: Power sequence

Hi team , is there any requirement on power sequence in VDDIO and PVDD? 
my customer found that if they power VDDIO firstly and then power PVDD , the chip can't have output. But if they firstly power PVDD and then VDDIO, it can work successfully
