DRV7308: HV_nfault pin H/W connection

Hello team,

I had a few quick questions on H/W connection of HV_nfault, could you please share your feedback on below?

1. Is it ok to connect 5V on HV_nFAULT as pull up voltage? 
On EVM & TIDA-010273 it seems to have connected all to 3.3V, and datasheet guidelines seem to not match (5V max recommended, but 5.5V on table 12-1).. customer hoped to use 5V and I wanted to double check if this was ok.

2. Are there any other pull-up resistor values for R_HV_nFAULT other than 5.1kohm? Could you please share available values?
