DRV8825: I have no 3V3 reference voltage.

Tool/software:

Ijust recently switched to this motor driver from the A4988.  I have my populated PCB and i am not getting my driver circuit to work.  There is 0V on the 3V3 out, and i have sleep tied to that through a pullup resistor so there is no ref voltage and nothing is working.  Can you review my circuit and tell me if you see something obviously wrong?
