DRV8350: Gate Driver Design

Pleases find the schematic for scooter application with DRV8350. Here're few gate driver design questions.

Also, in this circuitry there're two MOSFETs connected in parallel for higher current capability. And there's a Rg 10OHM (IR91, IR92, IR106 and IR109) connected for each MOSFET. Please also check if it's ok or not? Thanks. 

Q1: With DRV8350S, the gate driver strength with SINK/SOURCE can be programmed by SPI. Are these ext. gate resistor(IR120 & IR137) necessary? 

Q2: In the d/s, it mentions that the max. gate drive current as below. As i understand, that is for each gate driver unit, right?

• Sourcing Current 1A
• Sinking Current 2A

Is the max. current capability like as a current limit? Do we need to have ex. resistor to do the gate drive current limit?
