TIDM-02014: 1000V 3-phase inverter evaluation board

I am looking for a 3-phase inverter evaluation board with the following specifications:

1. DC-link voltage up to 1200V (1000V might be ok)

2. Output current 2Arms

3. Electrical frequency range: 0Hz to 400Hz

Please let me know if there are any evaluation board options that match or exceed my requirements.
