DRV3205-Q1: Overshoot at VCC3 when startup

Tool/software:

Hi support team all.

During startup, an overshoot occurs on VCC3, exceeding the maximum rated voltage of 3.6V.

This issue does not occur on VCC5, so it is not caused by the measurement probe.

Furthermore, VCC3 is not supplying power to any external components. A 0.1µF capacitor is used and placed directly next to the VCC3 pin.

Could you please explain the cause of this overshoot?
