LM51551: 2nd circuit design and layout review / noise issue

 My customer has design their 2nd version schematic and PCB. Please help to check if there's questions on their board. Thanks.

And another question, they find audio noise when they enable LM51551. LM51551 is not the power source in this product, but it's an audio noise source currently. Is there any method to prevent those noise in audio frequency range (< 20KHz)?
