DRV2605LEVM-MD: LRA Motor drive ISSUE

Tool/software:

I am facing some complexity while testing the LRA motor with the DRV2605LEVM-MD driver board.

When I connect the LRA motor to the OUT5–OUT8 port and perform the test, the motor does not work, although the corresponding LED indicators for those ports turn on as expected.

In contrast, when I test using a  ERM motor, it works properly. Additionally, in the Haptic Console tool, the calibration is successful for the ErM motor, but it fails during LRA calibration.

Could you please guide me on what might be going wrong in this scenario, and what steps I should follow next to troubleshoot or resolve this problem?
