DRV8834: Fast and Mixed Decay

Hello,

Our customer use the DRV8834, using STEP/DIR control.

It is mentioned Fast and Mixed decay used when the current is decreasing or

remaining constant on the datasheet.

What it means ' remaining constant' ? 

Is it a 100% current position of indexer?
