DRV8706-Q1: Driver IC MOSFET Current monitoring for fault support

From our design we do not have SH2 connected to the High or Low MOSFET.

I believe this means we can not use the VDS Overcurrent test as we do not have that physical connection in place.

Can the Gate Driver Fault 'VGS_GDF' be used independently of the VDS Overcurrent monitor, as i see they use a same register?

Can i enable the gate voltage test without using the overcurrent test?

Can disable the VDS Overcurrent test (VDS_CTRL_1, BIT7-8 Disabled) so it will not raise errors?
