DRV2700: 3.3V or 1.8V convert to 50V/60Hz AC power

My customer would like to use a 3.3V or 1.8V 140mAh battery to convert it to 48V or 50V/60Hz AC power. They saw that TI's DRV2700 seems to be able to meet this requirement. Could you please help confirm whether the DRV2700 is recommended, or if TI has a more recent solution? Thank you.
