DRV8340-Q1: Functional Safety Document

Hello Team,

1. Could you provide Functional Safety FIT Rate, FMD and Pin FMA document since it was not on the TI.com?
2. Could you tell me if there are any affect when RSVD pin (35 pin) shorts to adjacent pin? Want to know especially when short circuit between 34-pin VDS and 36-pin enable.
