MCT8316Z: MCT8316Z Reset Register Values Wrong

Tool/software:

I have an MCT8316Z. Everything seems to be working. I can read and write registers no problem. But after a reset, some of the register values do not match what the datasheet states. For instance, Control_Register_2A Register reads as 0x60, but the datasheet says the reset value should be 0x80.

Is the datasheet just wrong, or is something wrong with my device?
