DRV8410: Damaging the IC with voltage at the output.

Tool/software:

Can damage be caused to a component if it receives voltage at the output to the motors when there is no input voltage?

In other words, there is no VDD/PVDD but OUT_X receives some voltage.

In the MAX datasheet, it is written V0-70, usually when it depends on the power supply it is written 0-VDD, is this correct?
