DRV8302: Buck output at 22.5V instead of 5V

Hi,

I have a made a PCB using the DRV8302 for which I've used the schematic below..

When I apply 24V to PVDD the output of my buck converter sits around 22.5V instead of 5V. I also have a reference design using the same schematic that correctly outputs 5V at 24V input.

Any ideas why I get this behaviour on the new design?
