UCC14241-Q1: Not getting output voltage

Hi, I have build a new board for my application. My input is 24 volt. output I am targeting is 20v and -5 volt vcc-vee and gnd vee. I am getting pg top pg bottom as 5 volt, enable top and bottom both as 5 volt. What parameters I need to change. Rlim is 390 volt. I am not able to clear the fault. Please help.
