DRV8332: alternative motor driver devices in active status

My customer uses DRV8332 for current product. But it is EOL now. They would like to redesign their product using currently active status devices. Their requirements are as follows. What active status device does TI recommend best?

    Operating supply voltage: Must operate at 40V
    Output current: Peak 12A or higher (Please introduce peak 9A or higher)
    PWM frequency: Greater than 20kHz
    Operating ambient temperature: -40°C to 85°C.
  [Request function]
    Three-phase independent control: The ability to input three-phase PWM signals independently
    Output stopped: By entering a reset or EN-equivalent signal. The PWM output can be stopped (Hi-Z status)
    Protection function: The device can be shut down and reported with a fault-equivalent signal when an over-current and over-temperature condition is detected
