DRV8353RS-EVM: SPI answer remains empty

I have a issue with the SPI communication with the DRV8353RS. 

I do not receive any answer from the driver. 

You can see the request and the answer at the picture here. I would expect the answer from the first request after the second "dummy" - request.

I´m thankful for every tip.
