DRV11873: How to improve the short circuit issues

Hi Team,

There are the short circuit issues(PWM and GND, FG and GND) by surge on customer's board. They changed the resistor and capacitor values like the attachment below, but it was not improved completely. Are there any ideas to improve it? Please let me know how to improve it.
