MCF8329EVM: Motor Studio MPET operation fail and fault

Tool/software:

I got a mcf8329evm board today.

It connected to motor studio successfully.

But MPET is not operated properly. several fault occurred.

CONTROLLER_FAULT, MPET_BEMF_FAULT.

my motor does not spin in MPET mode run.

what is the problem?
