LM25148: schematic check

Could you help check the below LM25148 schematic and any need to adjust 

1. LM25148
Intended put out 11V at 16A, with wide range of 9V-36V. Attached is also the excel calculation used to design at Vin (nominal ):12V
May I know if the device can still work if the input goes lower range 12V-9V, perhaps with some losses (eg: CCM, output voltage drop)?

Does AGND connection to PGND need shortpad/net bridge, or just directly connect will do?
