DRV8145-Q1: Overshoot when connect to inductive load

Hi,

We are experiencing overshoot/undershoot phenomena at the Out terminal of the DRV8145-Q1 after connecting an inductive load, as shown in the figure below.

Currently, we have adjusted the slew rate, but the issue has not improved. Are there any other hardware/software adjustments that can be made? Thanks.
