DRV8874: About Power-up status

I have a question about the DRV8874PWPR.

I am posting the following question regarding DRV8874PWPR.

Regarding the mode selection on p.11 of the datasheet,
there is a description that it is determined by the state of the PMODE pin at power up.
Could you please confirm what kind of state you mean by “Power up”?

Personally, I believe it is either when the VM pin is input (start of internal regulator operation)
or when the nSLEEP pin goes from Lo to Hi.
