DRV8461EVM: Can't connect to EVM using DRV84xx_DRV82x2_DRC89x2-EVM-GUI

Hello,

I am trying to evaluate part DRV8461 using the DRV8461EVM. I am using the local install of the GUI. I followed the steps for the connections (uUSB from PC, 24V to J12). But the connection is not made in the GUI. 

the following LEDS are ON: D2, D5 (green) and D4 (red)

But D6 is not blinking like it should.

Can you please help?
