DRV8328: What does the VDSLVL do and how do i disable it? And Nsleep question.

Tool/software:

I am very soon finished with my design but i am wondering how i would disable the overcurrent protection? I don't think i need it for my project since the firmware AM32 already has the protection needed. 

And the second question i have is if i should just wire Nsleep to voltage in (about 25v) to keep the chip awake and operating?
