MCT8316Z-Q1: support for failure mode and distribution of the component

Hello all, 

I need support in order to have information about failure mode and distribution about the partnumber. 

We are working on FMEDA analysis for a project that include this partnumber and we need consider failure mode of this component in order to complete the analysis.

We know that this component is not a functional safety device and there isn’t safety manual.

In the document we found only information about FIT = 0.1

Is it possible from your side define failure mode and distribution for this component?
