MCT8329A: Motor running issue at lower rpm that is below 100 rpm

Hi team ,

            Currently i am using MCT8329A driver for running a motor at lower rpm that is 1000 rom and below with pneumatic loaded condition. i am using mct8329a i2c back emf approach , the problem is motor stalling at lower rpm and i try to change the open loop as well as close loop application register , can you help me in this regards
